Common questions

Do customers need to download an app?
No. The menu opens directly in any mobile browser when the QR code is scanned. Works on iPhone, Android and any modern smartphone — no download, no account needed.
How do I receive the money?
You connect your own Stripe account. Payments go directly to you — QR Hub never touches your money. Stripe charges their standard card processing fee (typically 1.4% + 20p for EU cards).
What printer do I need?
Any 80mm thermal receipt printer that supports ESC/POS over TCP (most modern network-connected printers do). Popular models include Epson TM-T88, Star TSP100 and many affordable alternatives. The printer connects to your local Wi-Fi — no cables between the PC and printer.
Can I customise the menu look?
Yes — you can set your business name, accent colour and logo from the admin settings. The menu adapts to your brand colours automatically.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you choose a plan and enter your card details. If you decide not to continue, your account simply expires — no charges, no cancellation hassle.
